Malaysian SPAC Duet Acquisition Corp. (NASDAQ:DUET) has terminated its deliberate merger with Spanish IT safety and assist supplier AnyTech365.
Duet disclosed the termination in an SEC submitting, including that it meant to hunt another enterprise mixture.
The SPAC and AnyTech365 introduced plans to merge in July 2022, with the deal estimating AnyTime365’s enterprise worth at $200M.
Duet went public in January 2022, elevating $75M.
